Free Being Me is a partnership between Dove and the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts which aims to empower girls through improving body confidence. One of the books contains activities appropriate for 7-10 years olds and the other 11-14 year olds. There is also a Leader's guide to help with the resource.
